Service Dog Registration Of America

Our personalized service dog ID's can be placed on a service dog or kept in an owner's wallet. In the event of an emergency a service dog handler can be contacted by searching for the ID number in our database and filling out the contact form. The contact form will then be sent to a member of our team who will then get in touch with the service dog owner directly.

Look Up an ID Number

Enter the ID number printed on the service dog ID card or tag to look up the registration and contact the handler in an emergency.

How It Works

  1. 1
    Find the ID number

Locate the unique ID number on the service dog's tag, vest patch, or ID card. It is typically printed in the format SDRA-XXXXXX.

  2. 2
    Enter the number above

Type or paste the ID number into the search field and click Search. Our database will locate the registration if one exists.

  3. 3
    Use the contact form

If the ID is found, a contact form will appear. Submit it and our team will forward your message directly to the service dog's owner.

Important: Do not use the contact form for customer service questions about your account. This lookup is only intended for emergency use when you have found a lost tag.
