Return and Refund Policy
Service Dog Registration of America (SDRA) is committed to customer satisfaction! This means we want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make with us.
Return Period
Most items are returnable in their unused or unworn condition within 30 days of receiving your package. Simply email our customer service support team to request a return along with the reason.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the case your item does not fit or if it's damaged. If it is our mistake, please let us know and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Identification cards, physical certificates, and harnesses with custom embroidery are non-returnable items. These products are customized to your animal therefore the company cannot accept them back. If the mistake is ours, we will do our best to fix it and replace your items.
Warranty Period
All our items will have a 90-day warranty period. If your product does not withstand its quality, please let us know.
Cancelations
All orders may be canceled unless already shipped. We aim to print tracking numbers the following business day after order submission. Once your order has been packaged, it cannot be canceled. If your package is refused, you will be refunded minus a fee for customized products.
