Agreement to Terms of Use
The following Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Service Dog Registration website https://www.servicedogregistration.org and all other services. Arbitration follows American Arbitration Association rules and occurs in Los Angeles, California.
Jurisdiction
The agreement governs under California law exclusive of conflict provisions.
Limitation on Time to Initiate Disputes
An action or proceeding by you relating to any Dispute must commence within one year after the cause of action accrues.
Electronic Communications
Users consent to receiving unencrypted electronic communications regarding fees, transactions, and service-related information. These satisfy legal communication requirements.
